One way is to go to your local bookshop, and ask for a copy. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it. This may be more expensive than shopping online, but what you are paying for is the continued existence of high street shops. Admittedly, a mass-market chain bookstore isn't much of a community asset, but neither is a conversion into twenty new buy-to-let single room apartments. You also encourage bookshops to stock computer books more sophisticated than "windows XP clipboard for incompetents"; the fact that such books are in fact vastly more popular being a terrifying sign.

Alternatively, you can shop online, and have it delivered to your house or your office within a couple of days.  You can buy it from places such as Amazon or Amazon UK, the latter delivering to anywhere in the EU.

If you buy through the publishers, Manning, you get a copy of the PDF as well as the printed book. This gives you a copy that you can store on your laptop, so that you can search and it wherever you are. Assuming, of course, that you are never far from your laptop, at least when coding.
